Policy for online purchase of goods and/or services

Ordering procedure for goods and/or services

You may offer to purchase goods described on the Internet Sites for the price specified on the Internet sites by completing the online order form. Your order must contain your name, email address, credit card details and any other information requested. Delivery details will be provided on checkout. Any changes to this process will be advised by email.

Once your order has been processed you will receive an automated response confirming your details and the goods ordered. A printed HKT invoice (If appropriate) will be emailed to you.

We provide no warranty as to the availability of goods advertised through the Internet Sites.

Any information on the Internet Sites is up to date at the time it is posted on the Internet sites, but is subject to variation at any time without notice.

We hope you have the best possible experience from our products, however, it is important to read our returns and exchanges policy before making any purchases.

If you need to refund or exchange an item please email info@redstagandhind.com at the earliest convenience, prior to returning the product to us and within 28 days of the initial dispatch. Please be sure to clearly explain your reasons for wanting to return the item.

Returns and Exchanges Policy

Payment for goods and/or services

We will only accept credit card payment of orders placed through the Internet Sites.

You will be liable for all orders placed using your credit card details and agree to indemnify Red Stag & Hind against any losses, claims or damages arising from the use or misuse of your credit card details by any other person.

Prices are exclusive of any taxes, duties or other charges imposed or levied in connection with the supply of goods. Prices are also exclusive of postage charge. All payments on the Internet site are charged in HKD unless otherwise advised.

Ownership and title in the goods does not pass to you until we have received payment in full.

We reserve our right to increase or decrease our prices without prior notice at any time.

While Red Stag & Hind strives to protect such information, Red Stag & Hind does not warrant and cannot ensure the security of any information which is transmitted to us. Governing law

The Internet Sites and content has been developed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong. These terms and conditions, and any matters or disputes connected with the Internet Sites or the online purchase of goods shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong and the Hong Kong courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear and determine all claims in connection with this website and its use.
