Shipping Policy


Red Stag and Hind endeavours to process all orders within 3 business days.*

If we are unable to do so, we will contact you regarding the expected dispatch date.

Orders are processed on business days from 9am-7pm (HKT). Please be reminded

that delivery can only be done with a physical address. PO Boxes will not be processed.

 

*Personalised products will be shipped within 5-7 business days

depending on the complexity of the personalisation. 

 

Orders which are eligible for free shipping will be delivered by our standard shipping

within 10-16 days. If customers wish to receive your orders in the fastest way

possible, you can upgrade to DHL Express which will be delivered to you within

3-7 working days worldwide.



Standard Delivery


1-3 days to Hong Kong 

2-8 days to Singapore, Malaysia, Japan, Korea and other countries in Asia 

6-16 days to Canada, United Kingdom and other countries in Europe 

7-16 days to the United States

 


Express Delivery

 

3-7 days to most countries

It may take a few more days for remote locations so please check with Customer Service
if you need your order to be delivered by a set date. 


*Complimentary Delivery takes around 5-10 days for most countries



Duty, tax or admin charge may be required upon delivery.

Such charges are to be borne by customers.

Returns Policy

Returning or Exchanging an Item


If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please email us with your

details and order number. We will send you a notification for your return arrangement.

Please note that you should return the items to us in their original condition within

20 days of receipt. We will issue a refund upon receipt, or exchange the item if preferred.

 

Important Note:


You should ensure that the items are in their original condition, packagings and

with the original tags or labels attached (if applicable). For your own protection,

insure for the value of the goods.

 

The cost of returning the item to us should be borne by customers except for orders

in Hong Kong, Singapore and Japan.




Faulty Item


If you receive a faulty item, please contact us by quoting your order number, name

and address, details of the products and reasons for return/exchange. We will then

advise on how to proceed with the return. The faulty item should be returned to us

within 28 days of receipt.




Wrong Item


If you receive a wrong item, please contact us by quoting your order number, name

and address, details of the products and reasons for return/exchange. We will then

advise on how to proceed with the return. The wrong item should be returned to us

within 28 days of receipt.
