1. What shipping options do I have?
For worldwide orders over 89USD, you are eligible for our free standard shipping
which takes around 10-16 days of delivery. If you wish to opt for a faster option,
you could upgrade to DHL Express which takes around 2-4 days.
2. How do I track my order?
After your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with your unique
tracking number where you can check the status of your shipment.
3. What should I do if I wish to return or exchange the item?
If you wish to return or exchange, please send us an email at

4. What if I receive a faulty or wrong item?
